The below video clip shows Toni Braxton telling Tamar and their mom and sisters that Toni is going to have a different manager than Vince, who has been with her a long time, it seems. They show Toni in some club wearing a pretty dress and looking great, but the folks around her seem unlively. Maybe they weren’t feeling it.
And before that, Toni called her ex-husband Kerison and I think she wanted to sing “He Wasn’t Man Enough for Me” and she said Keri gave her the stink eye for some reason. Don’t know why.
There’s also the dinner table scene with Gabe who is sincerely trying to step up and apologize for sexting and being physically unfaithful and everything, but the sisters are acting like they don’t want to hear it. It seems like he really wants to save his marriage — but I don’t know if Trina wants to give him any more chances.
And then mama Evelyn talks about canceling her wedding to Doc. Maybe she’s just afraid of marriage, or realizes that she doesn’t want to be married, perhaps. I hope the best for them all.
