For those of us who have those fond memories of Arsenio Hall’s former talk show called “The Arsenio Hall Show,” replete with its Cleveland-style dog pound and “ruff ruffs” and fist pounding and such are happy to hear that Hall will be back on TV.
But we’ll probably have to wait till 2013 to see his new CBS show, says the below video.
I remember when the Young MC of “Just bust a move…” fame was on there, and Arsenio asked him about Jamie Lee Curtis being with him in the back. “But she’s married, man,” Arsenio said.
Let’s see, I remember Hall repeating what some people derisively called Cleveland: The mistake on the lake.
And I remember when that group Troop was on there singing “I’m Not Souped” and they all fell face down together in a choreographed move that was out of this world.
Good stuff. I loved that Arsenio had people on there, especially young people and black people, that other talk show hosts didn’t have or know about.
