Who doesn’t love that voice of Adele’s and those powerful lyrics. Should I give up or should I just keep chasing pavements even if it leads nowhere?
Well, now The Sun has come out with exclusive video below of the famous singer at age 16, they say, probably footage mashed together from cell phone videos that former friends took of the singer when they used to hang out, and now they’ve probably sold them for a royal pence or two.
“He asked me what I wanted, asked me what I need,” Adele sings, after blowing out smoke from the “ciggy” in her left hand. Sounds like a decidedly R&B song, though a quick Google search of those lyrics didn’t turn up anything. Leave a comment below, if you know the song, please. Thanks much!
After that, Adele is heard singing with that powerhouse of a voice with an acoustic guitar, and in a classroom of sorts, it looks like, just blowing the house away. I’m sure those folks that recorded her could sense that she would be a star.
Watch the video of Adele as a 16-year-old singing, oh yes, and thank God I’m assuming she gave up smoking after all she’s been through with throat surgery and stuff — and He saved that voice! (As witnessed by her most recent performance at The Grammys, was it, and I oddly thought she was lip synching because something seemed off but I hope not because she is AMAZING with that heavenly gift.)
