MaCray and Austin devised a plan to step him up out of the world of strictly weaves where AJ put him by entering a hair competition.


MaCray talked about unleashing his alter ego, but up on that hair competition stage, there wasn’t much room to do anything but create a fabulous style from the Mad Men era.


I’m glad they kept it real and placed MaCray in second place — in the runner up position — because his style was beautiful and knocked AJ’s socks off, but I really did like that blonde style that won was well.
