Andrea Kelly, the ex-wife of R Kelly, on Hollywood Exes
At first they show Andrea Kelly, who is the ex-wife of R. Kelly, and they have three children together.
She says their marriage wasn’t widely known to the public, and they don’t have a relationship now.
Andrea was in Chicago, but now she’s moving in L.A. and wants to start a dance studio. Tony is Andrea’s assistant, who is in her closet helping her. I wonder if that’s the same house I saw out by Olympia Fields outside of Chicago that I saw in person when I was there.
She used to be a dancer and choreographer for Robert Kelly, and that’s how they got together.
Andrea cries with her assistant, talking about the pull of her kids against her career. He says she isn’t pretty when she cries, and he tells her to stop before he starts crying, too.

Nicole talks about the 40,000 square-foot home, the Porsche, the Bentley, the private jet — she thought her life was complete. When they got divorced, she didn’t have access to the jet and there was no longer a chef or maid and she had to cook.

They met during a taping of “A Different World,” and they were married 8 months — and now she’s married to Terrell Fletcher, a pastor. No wonder she said Jessica needs Jesus. (It’s sad later when Jessica says that she only prays to God when she wants something.)
The former San Diego Chargers running back Terrell Fletcher is pastor of The City of Hope International Church in San Diego, Sheree is his First Lady.
“In 2011, The City of Hope International Church and Faith Chapel merged to form the City of Hope International @ Faith Chapel church,” reads his website. They are a nice looking couple.
Sheree has known Nicole for 17 or 18 year, because Will and Eddie used to hang out.
Mayte met Prince when she was 16 years old…
…and she said she thought she was getting married for the rest of her life. Prince and Mayte don’t speak, and she wishes him the best.
She says it’s still hard; you can tell she still loves him.
Jessica met Jose when she 19 and they were married 4 years and have been divorced for about 11 years. They have one daughter, and she’s more like a buddy to her.

Mayte hires a matchmaker to find a man
Mayte hired Samantha Daniels to help find a man, and she told her how she married her first love, Prince — and then got engaged to Tommy Lee, who wasn’t sure if he wanted kids, so Mayte didn’t want that door closed.
I guess no one is really talking about the fact that Mayte was so young when she met Prince — but I remember his album and the theme of forbidden and unrequited love throughout all the songs.
I know in future full episodes of Hollywood Exes they are going to show the fact that Mayte still has plates with Prince’s symbol on them, like some kind of altar on her shelf — one that the women point out might be the reason she can’t find a suitable date. We know she doesn’t want Jessica’s ex Jose. Mayte says she’d rather eat dog poop.
After that segment, Nicole shared her struggles with Sheree, her drama that made her cry. She put money into a trust account and the money got depleted from the trust, she says.
I remember reading about that. Nicole talks about the lawsuits she’s filed over the money being stolen, which was money to help her businesses and everything.
Andrea meets the women…and Jose tries to convince Jessica that they should move in together and raise their child together
Andrea cracked me up when she said that Nicole’s friends will be classy, and that she doesn’t have to “bring no switchblade.”
“Don’t hate me ’cause you ain’t me,” she said.
Jose said he is paying the price for writing a book called Juiced: Wild Times, Rampant ‘Roids, Smash Hits, and How Baseball Got Big
For 7 years I’ve been very good to you, Jessica said, noting that she didn’t ask for child support from him. But he says he paid for everything when he was making $5 – 7 million per year. So he says it’s Jessica’s turn now.
Later on, when they dance and drink, the ladies trip out over Sheree, who won’t drink tequila, but Sheree says that she woke up with a tattoo on her butt about 15 years ago behind some tequila shots, so she was skipping what she called “the devil’s juice.”
Nicole said Sheree wasn’t always like that, but ever since she became a pastor’s wife, she is praying all the time. Yeah, that part seemed just a little to public-ey — as long as we’re praying to God for real and not for show for people to think we’re so holy, it’s cool.
Meanwhile, trip to go wine tasting in Napa Valley seems like it’ll be interesting, with Jessica and Sheree clashing, and later Jessica will clash with Mayte, calling her crazy — and Mayte will break some glasses on the floor as Andrea tries to calm her down.
